Miss Lily Lovejoy
Vintage Vocalist and Entertainer
Meet Miss Lily Lovejoy, a vintage performer, and a real sweetheart.
Miss Lovejoy enjoys singing songs from bygone years and travels around the UK performing at various WW2 and 1940’s themed events.
“It’s lots of fun, and you get to meet some lovely people”.
Lily can perform with tracks or can be accompanied by full orchestras. She has performed numerous times with jazz, swing, brass, and military bands. She has performed at top venues such as Her Majesty’s Theatre and The Royal Albert Hall, as well as venues nearer to home, including The Birmingham Hippodrome, BBC Radio Nottingham, and Nottingham’s Theatre Royal & Royal Concert Hall.
Lily is also an anthem singer. She has performed many stadiums including one close to home: the Nottingham Forest Football Stadium, where she had the great pleasure of singing at the first match of the season in front of 24,000 fans! Lily is also a proud member of Rotary International and The Royal British Legion. The charity holds a special place in her heart, and you will see her at most events with her little red bucket, fundraising for them.
You can catch her here, at the Officers’ Mess!
